"This was a great place for our group of 6 to stay! We had plenty of room and just about everything we needed. We did find that some of the outlets throughout the house didn’t work and the stairs were very noisy no matter how quiet we tried to walk. Also worth noting we could hear the nearby train as it came by very early in the mornings (even weekends). The immediate area is decent but the neighborhood itself is a bit sketchy. Uber rides were about 15-20 mins to get to the Broadway/downtown area. But the house was perfect for our four day trip. We used the grill and the rooftop was a fun spot to hang out. The guide book and instructions provided by the host were greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend."

"We organized a last minute family vacation where we could relax, connect, and explore a new area. Ryan’s place and the Chattanooga area did not disappoint! The house is spacious and beautiful. We truly enjoyed relaxing on the deck taking in the spectacular view, swimming in the pool, playing cards, and grilling out. Truly could not have asked for a better location for relaxation and fun with easy access to Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, and surrounding sites. Easy drive from Atlanta was a bonus!!"

"Ryans place was perfect for our family, we have 3 kids under 5 and  brought 4 grandparents.  The kids loved the upstairs porch. The 9 of us had a great time and had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and pickle ball court were our favorite part of the stay. Excellent set up , beautiful views and had everything we needed. Ryan solved any issues in rapid speed. Highly recommend"

"Ryan was an amazing host. The people who stayed before us left cigarette butts outside of the front door. Ryan had it cleaned shortly after we arrived. Then the microphone didn’t work when we tried to do Karaoke and he had a new one for us the very next  day. They are very nice hosts and I highly recommend their place.The area around the Airbnb isn’t the nicest. But we did feel safe while staying there. As long as you stay away from the truck stop, you will be fine.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s Airbnb. We had 6 people in our group and there was more than enough space to accommodate our group.  You could easily bring a larger group and still feel like there is enough space.  Make sure you are comfortable with stairs though, because there are plenty of them!  Loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom.  The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious.  Our favorite part was the rooftop patio.  We spent our mornings up there with our coffee enjoying the sunshine.  We also loved it at night with the patio lights on and it has the most beautiful view of the City.  Before and during our stay Ryan was very responsive to questions."

"We had a great time at Ryan’s place! The unit was perfect for our group of 8 and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We had a short and sweet busy trip so didn’t get to enjoy the amenities of the house such as the rooftop but it was awesome! The Nashville photo backdrop wall on the rooftop was a fun touch for social media posts! I wish we would’ve had more time at the house to relax and enjoy it. Ryan was very responsive. The house was clean, spacious, and a great location! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great getaway."

"From the minute we arrived we were more than happy! The rooftop was the cherry on top bc it brought the 9 of us together every night! Constant family interaction and playing games, laughing, dancing…it was perfect!I also must add…the first time I took a shower in the master bath, I came out and told my husband that we are remodeling our house to accommodate that exact bathroom! "This is the perfect place for a group!  There were 8 of us.  We enjoyed staying together instead of staying in a hotel.  The area is quiet.  We took Ubers to Nashville each day to avoid parking.  Quick & easy to get to Nashville.  We all had such a great time, we're already talking about our next trip!!Thank you Ryan & Priscilla for being such wonderful hosts!"

"Ryans place is super close to Nashville and great for having multiple people. All of the amenities at the place were awesome. If you’re looking for a good deal for a place near Nashville and do not plan on walking around the immediate area, this is a great deal. Ryan also provided a lot of activities that we can do and provided details of a shuttle service, which was very convenient to get from point A to point B"

"My family of 10 really enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of living space and bedrooms. We checked in after dark and it was still very easy and we felt safe. Best of both worlds with downtown being so close but when you’re ready to get away from the noise the neighborhood is quiet. Ryan and Priscilla are wonderful hosts and very responsive and eager to help with any concerns. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Nashville!"
