Booking and Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be in writing with a confirmation reply from Holland Vacation Rentals. Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 45 days before arrival; No refunds within 45 days of arrival. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with a "Cancel For Any Reason" option.

Minimum Age Requirement: 25 Years Old
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay. Valid identification is required. This policy does not apply to rentals exceeding 30 days.

Payment Policy
50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in designated properties with prior approval. See the "House Rules" section of each property listing for more details. We accommodate trained service animals as required by law.

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures

Damage Protection
A **$50 non-refundable damage protection fee** is charged per booking. This fee covers up to **$1,500 in damages**, provided the guest reports any damage within **24 hours of checkout**.
