All cancellations must be in writing with a confirmation reply from Holland Vacation Rentals. Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival. Guests will receive a 50% refund for cancellations between 30-60 days prior to arrival. There will be no refund for cancellations that occur less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. We highly recommend that guests consider purchasing Travel Insurance with a Cancel For Any Reason option.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the age of 25. The legal signee on the Vacation Rental Agreement must occupy the property and is responsible for all guests during the stay. Identification is required for all reservations. This policy does not apply to rentals exceeding 30 days.
We charge 50% of the balance at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets are welcome in designated properties with prior approval. See the "House Rules" section of each property listing for more information about the pet policy at a specific property. We accommodate trained service animals as required by law.
Guests can check-in as early as 4 PM on their check-in date. Check-out is at 10 AM. If guests would like an early check-in or a late check-out they can reach out to us at (256) 542-1715 or email us at ryan@hollandvacationrentals.com to request a modification. Early arrivals and late check-outs are subject to availability and there is a fee associated with the reservation modification.
We charge a $50 damage protection fee for each booking. This $50 fee provides you with insurance for up to $1,500 in damages. Guests must notify the Host of any damage that occurred within 1 day of checkout to ensure that they are covered under this damage protection policy. The $50 fee is non-refundable.
