This townhome offers a memorable getaway to Music City, complete with a picturesque rooftop terrace and a karaoke stage in the garage. The rooftop offers views of the Nashville skyline, a golf putting game, cornhole, firepit, gas grill, dining table, a green wall with a light-up "Nashville" sign and lounge furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a wide island with seating for 4. There is a Keurig coffee maker that can brew individual cups using "K-Cup Pods" or full pots of coffee with capacity up to 12 cups.

There are four luxurious bedrooms spread over three stories. Each bedroom either has its own bathroom or a bathroom nearby. Each bathroom is equipped with a light-up makeup mirror and a hair dryer. There is also a dedicated office space with a small desk and a futon.

You will have access to the entire townhome.

This home is in a 50 home subdivision. Many of the homes within the community are vacation rental properties. We are located about 4 miles away from downtown.

There is one parking space in the garage. There are 5 shared parking spaces across the driveway and numerous parking spaces on the street. We will send you a parking map with additional details prior to check in.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS

- Guest understands that there are "Minut" noise detectors inside the home and there is a security camera on the exterior of the building pointing towards the front door. These are installed to ensure that guests aren't throwing parties, exceeding occupancy limits and that the guests are maintaining compliance with our quiet hours and our good neighbor policy.

- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

-  No animals are allowed at the property without owner approval.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- If you are interested in doing an early check-in, please reach out 2-3 days before your check-in date to see if we can accommodate the early check-in. The availability of early check-in will be determined by our cleaner's schedule.

- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.

- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.

- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

- Renter agrees to send a photocopy of their ID at Owner request after booking.

- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
